Hi, I'm Cassandra
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I specialize in working with teens and young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship stress, and life transitions, and I also work with adults, couples, and families. Rooted in attachment-based and relational work, I help clients slow things down, make sense of difficult experiences, understand the patterns shaping their relationships, and build a stronger connection to themselves and others.
My Approach
My Philosophy
My approach is grounded, relational, and collaborative. I value creating a space that feels authentic and nonjudgmental, where clients can reflect openly, receive honest feedback, and work toward meaningful change.
Training & Clinical Experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. I’ve worked in a variety of therapeutic settings, including inpatient psychiatric care, intensive outpatient programs for teens and young adults, residential treatment for incarcerated youth, and an outpatient university counseling center.

What Working Together Looks Like
Therapy is a collaborative process grounded in curiosity, compassion, and meaningful connection. Together, we focus on understanding patterns, clarifying values, and identifying strengths that may have been overshadowed by difficult experiences.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out, just a willingness to begin.
