I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or are navigating meaningful life transitions.

My Philosophy
I believe life is often more complicated than we expect it to be. Many people arrive in therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what needs to change. My role is to help slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and support you in building a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and aligned with what matters most.
Training & Clinical Experience
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. I’ve worked in a variety of therapeutic settings, including inpatient psychiatric care, intensive outpatient programs for teens and young adults, residential treatment for incarcerated youth, and an outpatient university counseling center.
