Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a space to explore emotions, patterns, and experiences at your own pace. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, identity exploration, emotional regulation, and major life transitions, with a focus on building insight, resilience, and self-trust.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy provides a supportive space to strengthen connection, improve communication, and better understand relational patterns. My work with couples is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, helping partners move toward greater clarity, empathy, and security.
Family Therapy
Family therapy supports healthier communication, boundaries, and understanding within family systems. I work with families navigating conflict, transitions, system involvement, and relational stress, with the goal of fostering connection and collaboration.
Telehealth Therapy
I offer secure telehealth sessions to clients located throughout California. Telehealth provides flexibility and accessibility while maintaining the same level of care and connection as in-person therapy.

Fees:
Therapy sessions are $185 for 50 minutes.
I do not accept insurance, but I can provide superbills upon request. Reduced-fee availability is limited.
